Applied arts is a specialisation of fine arts which basically deals in graphic design, interior design, fashion design, advertising and visual communication. It gives exposure to print media, electronic media and advertising. Applied arts can include architecture, pottery, basket weaving, costumes, interior design, jewellery, tools, weapons, and bookbinding as well.
